CHM Machinery Concludes Fire Safety Drill and Team Event at Site

In December, the dry weather continued to spread, creating a serious fire prevention situation. Strengthening fire safety training and drills became a top priority for corporate safety production. To further enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees and improve their emergency response capabilities in the event of a fire, CHM Machinery  recently organized a fire drill. Following the drill, a vibrant team-building activity was successfully held to strengthen team cohesion and promote collaboration and communication among colleagues, allowing the "CHM family" to gain valuable experience and enjoyment through practical exercises and fun activities.


During the fire drill, CHM Machinery  specially invited a fire safety instructor to provide on-site guidance. The instructor, using recent typical fire cases, explained in simple terms the core content of fire prevention knowledge, initial fire extinguishing techniques, and fire escape and self-rescue methods.  He also focused on explaining the working principles and correct operating procedures of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire hoses, and fire nozzles. After the theoretical explanation, the practical drill officially began. Following the instructor's guidance, colleagues, in groups, stepped forward in an orderly manner to practice using fire extinguishers to extinguish simulated fires. Their actions were standardized and efficient, successfully extinguishing the simulated fire source.

Next, the fire safety instructor explained the key points of using fire hydrants and demonstrated the connection and deployment of fire hoses, as well as the aiming and spraying of fire nozzles. The entire drill was tense and orderly, with clear division of labor, effectively testing the employees' understanding of fire safety knowledge and significantly improving the team's practical ability to respond to fires.

Before the serious atmosphere of the fire drill had completely dissipated, the team-building activity, filled with laughter and joy, began. The activity, themed "Strengthening Collaborative Power, Building the Foundation for Development," featured two classic events: a team tug-of-war competition and a multi-person three-legged race. In the team formation phase, colleagues quickly formed teams, shouted their team slogans, and were full of fighting spirit. In the tug-of-war competition, team members tightly gripped the rope, leaned back, and worked together. Cheers and shouts of encouragement echoed from both sides of the field, each shout demonstrating the team's cohesion and unity. The multi-person, multi-legged race tested the teamwork and coordination among the participants.  They supported each other, moved in unison, and broke down barriers and strengthened bonds through running and collaboration, deeply experiencing the team spirit of "unity is strength."




After the game, representatives from CHM Machinery presented awards to the winning teams, encouraging everyone to apply the collaborative spirit demonstrated in the game to their daily work, promoting work progress through closer cooperation and more efficient execution. At the same time, we also carefully prepared delicious barbecue, comforting porridge, and various snacks and drinks, allowing colleagues to enjoy the food and relax after the intense games, fostering communication and further strengthening their relationships in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
