In the A4 paper market, different customer groups have distinct needs. Enterprises have large and stable demand for A4 paper, focusing on the stiffness of the paper and the timeliness of supply to ensure the efficient operation of daily office work. As retail hubs, stationery stores need to offer multiple specifications such as 70g and 80g to flexibly meet scattered purchase demands. The demand for A4 paper in learning scenarios fluctuates with the back-to-school season, where cost-effectiveness and basic printing quality are the key factors. Hospitals have strict requirements for A4 paper; it needs to meet the needs of long-term file preservation and adaptation to high-speed printing to ensure the accuracy of medical information. The production of A4 paper has achieved a fully automated operation. Firstly, the paper roll is placed on the uwind stand, and then transported to the slitting section to be cut into paper strips with a width of 210mm. Next, it is transferred to the high-speed slitting process. Driven by a servo motor, the double-roller cutter accurately cuts the paper strips into lengths of 297mm, with a precision controlled within ±0.2mm.
